I want to gather at 10 pm EST but enter by 10:30

I cannot participate to most runs as my timezone is GMT +2
8PM EST means ~3AM for me which sucks.

We shot for a Saturday run at 1200 central 0100 eastern and had about 6 members out of the gate think we should push it back about an hour for some of the later arrivals I actually work til 1600 central next sat 1700EST, I welcome input on when as you have provided.
